The space
THE OAR HOUSE:
- Beautifully renovated kitchen with breakfast bar fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals with family and friends including a stocked spice cabinet, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, classic coffee maker, baking sheets, pots, pans, utensils, and more!
- Dining area with banquette bench seating for meals and game nights with room for everyone
- Living room with L shaped couch, 2 lounge chairs, and a Smart TV with connectivity to all streaming services (you must log into your own accounts)
- Bedroom with queen size bed, Smart TV, tower fan, individual mini-split air conditioner and heater with temperature control
- Full bathroom equipped with all the essentials. Featuring a walk-in shower with not 1, not 2, but 3 rain heads (yes 3!!! and they all can be ran at once including the handheld making it a total of 4 shower heads running simultaneously). Our shower brings the spa to you! The full bath also has a double vanity, washer and dryer, and towels for everyone.
- Newly updated half bath powder room to provide additional functionality for everyone
- Bunk bed room with 2 queen size beds featuring a full chalkboard wall! A wifi enabled projector that projects onto the slanted ceiling making for the perfect movie night! A giant wall hung connect 4 game, an individual mini-split air conditioner and heater with temperature control, and a Smart TV.
- The primary bedroom is beautiful, cozy, and spacious which makes for the perfect getaway. Featuring a King size bed, sunset views, a tower fan, individual mini-split air conditioner and heater with temperature control, and a Smart TV.

- The front porch welcomes you with 2 porch swings perfect for relaxing
- The backyard has the basis for core family memories. Featuring a spacious outdoor shower, propane BBQ grill, dining table with enough room for everyone, color changing couches that are awesome at night, adirondack chairs, and of course a fire pit all enclosed with cafe string lights
- Large driveway filled with beachy shells (to let you know you are on vacation as soon as you get to The Oar House!) with space for multiple cars.

Other things to note
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.

NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit.

All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with children.

Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.

Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.

No cable television - Smart TVs with Wi-Fi only. Must sign into own streaming accounts.

The Oar House is located on a low speed state route with a steady flow of traffic out front.
