This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has plenty of room to spend time with family and friends or getaway to your own space. Gorgeous kitchen, living and dining room on the main level. Each bedroom has its own full bath and there are lovely common spaces that make this an ideal place for your group. The backyard sanctuary is luscious and perfect for relaxing. The screened in porch is ideal. There is a large deck with a dining table and sitting area. The pool level living room has 2 queen sized beds and there is a gym, laundry room and second refrigerator.

There is a never-ending list of things to do in the Fingerlakes and this is a perfect home base to return to after a day of exploring the natural beauty, local wineries or live music.
