Stylish Family-friendly 5 bedroom just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale.

Beautiful open floor plan with guest bedrooms on south side of house and the master suite on the north side of house. The pool can be heated for an additional $55 per day. The outdoor kitchen has a 40in gas grill, side burner, misting fan, mini-fridge, trash and storage. There is a private, dedicated workspace. The climate controlled garage is a gym. There are indoor and outdoor games available including corn hole. Children's bikes and scooters with helmets are available upon request. Full kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, gas stove, and gas oven. The dining room wet bar has a split wine and beverage fridge, coffee carafe and k-cup option, a Nespresso machine, and a ice maker. High speed Internet with Mesh Wifi available throughout the property. The kitchen faucet has a drinking water spout that is connected to a reverse osmosis (R/O) system. Both ice makers are connected to the R/O system as well. The whole house has a water softener system. All the bathroom exhaust fans have Bluetooth speakers. The whole house has excellent water pressure. The master toilet has a bidet seat.

Do not jump gates or fence please, you can contact me 24/7 if you are locked out. No flushable wipes used please, the Master Bathroom has a bidet.

Great House for Groups

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was a luxury. The kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing by the pool and playing yard games. The property was very clean and the host was a great communicator.

Thanksgiving Family Vaca

Our son attends ASU and this was a perfect location. Just minutes from his apartment and almost all activities that we did. The host was very responsive and attentive with all questions. All the kids love the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great house with quality amenities

Stayed here for a business trip with coworkers. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. TV's that actually allow you to watch TV and sports without complicated hassles and having to sign in with your own streaming service.

This house is a gem and Chris is an amazing host! Everything from our first contact to our final check-out was pleasant and easy. And when we had questions for Chris, he responded to our calls almost immediately. The house itself was immaculate and had so many great amenities it would be difficult to even list them all. There were nine of us in our family group and we had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and on barbecue grill in the outdoor kitchen. Lots of seating indoors and out, excellent TVs, and plenty of towels for bathing and use at the pool. The location of the house was perfect for exploring the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. We joked that everything we wanted to visit was just about "ten minutes away." We would certainly love to stay again. Thank you, Chris!
