Introducing Regency Condo 405!



Stunning beach views, an open and spacious floor plan, and super private balcony are just a few remarkable features of this amazing unit! This unit is brand new to the rental market and is perfect for your family's next beach trip! This condo has been completely updated with new tile floors, granite countertops, new cabinets, and completely updated bathrooms. There are awesome water views from every room.



The moment you walk in you'll notice the huge floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that give way to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The cozy living room features a large flat screen smart TV and a reclining leather couch. It is connected to the open dining area with seating for 6. There is also additional bar seating for 3 leading in to the clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The attached, oversized laundry room features a full size washer and dryer stack unit, extra cabinet storage, and a deep freezer.



The front bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, a smart TV, views of the Santa Rosa Sound, and is attached to a full bathroom. The king suite just off the living room boasts breathtaking views of Navarre Beach and has access to the private balcony. The en suite bathroom is completely redone with a new double vanity and tiled walk in shower.



When it's time to relax, you can connect with free Wi-Fi and MediaCom TV throughout the resort. There is one designated covered parking spot that protects your vehicle rain or shine.



Regency Condo is one of the staple rental resorts in the Navarre Beach area. The complex is short walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee. The famous Navarre Pier is a short stroll down the beach. With Regency's amazing location and amenities, it has quickly become one of the most sought-after places to stay in the area! There is plenty of recreation for the entire family to enjoy!



***There is ongoing Hurricane damage reconstruction occurring at the Regency Resort. The scope of the work is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2025. There will be a strict two automobile limit per stay for the duration of this project. While we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, refunds will not be provided. ***

Our stay at this condo in Navarre Beach exceeded all expectations! The condo was spotless, spacious, relaxing, and fully stocked with everything we needed. They also provided beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which made our trip so much easier. The beachfront views from both the master bedroom and living room were absolutely beautiful. The beach itself was calm, clean, and the area was amazing overall. Booking, check-in, and communication with the host were all incredibly easy with clear instructions and zero issues throughout our stay. Very impressive condo! Comfortable seating inside and on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of bath towels and beach towels. Everything you need to fix a meal with starter items like paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, dish soap, shower soaps and shampoo! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The sun shone every day and the early spring temps were mid 70’s during the day. It was a lovely, relaxing week!!

Home Away from Home

Our first time in this VRBO/home was two years ago when our family met here to celebrate our grandson’s 8th birthday. It was perfect then and we see no change 2 years later. As soon as we walked through the door I felt relaxed. The rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet. The necessities are taken care of. All the appliances are clean and up to date and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The view is breathtaking! We planned this year’s vacation around the availability of this property. Will definitely be a visitor in the future.

Everything, I mean everything was perfect! Easy access, fast elevators, spacious, bright and clean! Every interaction with staff (extra parking passes for guests to our grandson ‘s small birthday party) was great. Will definitely book again.
