Why they chose this property
This is an area that's commonly referred to as God's country.
Well, it truly is.
The Adirondack mountains are world renown thanks in part to Lake Placid-home to the Winter Olympics in 1980.
With 66 rustic, wooded acres along with a private lake, it truly was a no-brainer!
zero traffic, wonderful neighbors and a quaint little town to service just about all of one's needs, I felt that this is where I need to set up camp, so to speak.
What makes this property unique
There's honestly not much to want in such a relatively small space for a single person or couple!
Maybe winning Powerball?
