2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom carriage house located behind garage attached to the main house by a breezeway.
Guest access
Access from the driveway is through the gate on the west side of the garage. Follow the signs to #102.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in laundry room. Place all returnable drink containers in the blue bin in the breezeway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No use of the pool, hot tub or sauna for liability purposes. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the main house and cottage.
No smoking, vaping or marijuana use anywhere on the property.
Access to the lower backyard levels and front yard are restricted. Signs are place on the gates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was even better than we had imagined from the pictures. The host had everything that we could have needed for our stay. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. So many caring and thoughtful touches to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful view of the lake and very comfortable. This is a wonderful location and property - amazing view of Okanagan lake the mountains above Naramata. The unit was beautiful and comfortable - they went well beyond our expectations and would definitely stay there again and let our friends know to book it as well.

Summerland home with a view.

The size and the amenities in this property are excellent whether a short or long term stay. The owner has thought of all the conveniences in the stocked kitchen. The ensuite curbless shower has everything, rain heads, body sprays, luxury. The property is easy to access, not a step, everything is level. Beautiful view of the lake from interior and the sizeable fbalcony.

Amazing Property & Host

From the moment we booked this property until the moment we left it was a great experience.This vacation home was super clean and had everything we needed, plus more! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for when we just wanted to relax. The extras that were provided such as snacks, cereal, eggs, bread and even coffee cream when we first arrived were a wonderful touch. The lake view from the deck while having morning coffee was amazing and I miss it already.I would highly recommend this property and we're already looking at the dates we want to return next summer.Thank you for everything, you made our family trip one to remember.

We had such a great stay at Bernadine’s place. The home was high quality, spotless, and really well taken care of. Thoughtful touches like helpful signs, proper gating, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom made everything super easy and comfortable, ensuring we were covered for anything we might need during our stay. Wine Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property for three nights to enjoy the local vineyards and wine tasting. The property was impeccably clean, and the pictures online didn't do it justice. The view from the balcony is incredible. They even provided us with some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcome package. The location was perfect for exploring the wineries. Highly recommend!

Great Property

We were very impressed with our 2 bedroom VRBO in Summerland! Upon arrival we found a note on the counter letting us know about all the goodies that had been left for us, including a nice bottle of wine and the makings for pancakes! I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen, every small appliance you could ask for and some we weren't sure what they were(popcorn maker) were available! Had a nice deck, barbeque and chairs to sit out and view the lake. It was wonderful and would definetly stay there again!

Best VRBO ever

The place is fairly new and very well designed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Cupboards were full of condiments etc. Plus Eggs, Bread, snacks, coffee, Bottle of wine. Better appliances than my home kitchen. Master bedroom shower was huge. We will be back.
