Ideally located, affordable carriage house suite. Has own laundry, air conditioner, Telus TV and Wifi. Sleeps 5 comfortably on two queen size beds and the sofa bed that turns into a double futon. Outdoor space to store bikes, skis and boat parking available. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, salons, movie theatre and indoor rock climbing gym. Play a round of golf at Penticton golf course or watch a hockey game or concert at the SOEC, both also within walking distance. Located in between two lakes. 3-5min drive or 15-20min walk to Okanagan lake and 8min drive to Skaha lake. 35 minute drive to Apex Mountain Resort.
