We had a great stay and Austin was an amazing host! He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home worked really well for our group and we truly enjoyed our time there. We’re actually hoping to stay with him again for our annual conference next year! This place was absolutely perfect! The host did a great job keeping me informed about the property and check-in process. The home was beautiful, clean and able to accommodate our family of 10 very well. It was also a great location, very close to many restaurants, shopping and events. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy linens and little touches that made it feel welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.Communication with the host was seamless. Overall the place was clean and great place to entertain. I would recommend placing blinds in the downstairs area window by stairs. A homeless lady was staying in alley. But that is common especially near downtown

Great Stay with Family

This was a beautiful property to enjoy with family. My only concern was that there were not enough towels (wash clothes and drying off) and not enough tissue/paper towels. Other than that, this property was wonderful, accommodating and in a nice location. I would recommend this property to family/friends.Thank you Austin and Team.

We are so sorry to hear that some of the towels were lacking in supply; we have lots of extra stored in the maid closet so if more are ever needed we encourage guests to ask so that we can provide them with more. Amazing!!!!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this property. It was very clean and the location is so convenient! The only issue I’d say he aware of is the stairs. Obviously I must be out of shape because those stairs did me and my friends in!!! But other than that, it was the best!
