Very nice condo and overall a great space for our family. The size is great and there was nothing missing. The building is well maintained and very easy to navigate. Sunrise from the deck was amazing.

The property was beautiful, very clean and comfy, and worked well for our family. The view of the ocean from both balconies was amazing. Plenty of parking, and check in was easy. Excellent communication with management company. We had one minor problem which was handled immediately. Could not ask for a better location, plenty of stores and restaurants close by and short drive to the boardwalk. Great vacation rental!

The place was very clean. It was lovely. And the people on the property was very pleasant. There's something I would like to point out. the steps going up to the second level, It would be nice if there was a banister. Also, the air conditioners in the bedroom can use an update because it is very loud and does not seem to cut off running constantly thereby disturbing your sleep. It was very cold in the rooms and the temperature could not be adjusted from the wall. Also I would recommend giving thought to having the beds already made up. And inviting for the customer. Having to make the bed up upon arrival is annoying. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable time.

It was nice just not what I expected. I don’t want to go on vacation to put sheets on the beds. I can do that at home. When you arrive, all the linens are on the dining room table and you have to put sheets on all the beds. The community washer and dryer were awful. The dryer was broken on our floor and no one would fix it after I called the number listed. I had to go to a new floor and that washer was broken. It was all just a giant mess and I had to dry all my laundry on the floor in the condo.

Great Little Getaway

Both the beach and pool were not crowded at all with the most amazing views of the ocean from the balcony. We never wanted to leave!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The place was so wonderful! Plenty of room, very clean, cool to temperature (which is key when ur on a beach vacation) and all the amenities you'll ever need. Management was extremely responsive, and very helpful. Bedding, blankets, towels,etc were clean and plenty to go around. Check in and out could not have been easier. The location was perfect too. The beach was clean, pool facilities were kept up so nicely. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Nice long weekend getway

This 2 bedroom condo was a perfet getway for me and my family. The condo was recently and nicely updated. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Check in and check out was very easy. This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and bay. We could also watch our kids as they went to the beach and pool area from the balconies. The drive to the boardwalk was short and they had plenty of parking in the area for us. There was also plenty of entertainment within walking distance as well.

Being at the Penthouse provides me with a serene atmosphere that I can't easily get living in a city. There is nothing better than sitting on one of the balconies late at night just watching and listening to the waves crash along the shore. You can also head down to the Boardwalk with more restaurants and activities for the entire family!
