We had a wonderful stay. The host was responsive and helpful. The house was spacious and had good spots for sitting outside in the shade, was well equipped with basics in the kitchen and had plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. Would stay again. Thank you.

This house is really family friendly. Really clean rooms. Huge kitchen with everything you need, host was really responsive. The only thing is the treehouse the kids couldn’t play in it because of all of the spiderwebs. They enjoyed the trampoline and all of the swings they have around their property. We really enjoyed our time here.

We were in town to celebrate a birthday and were extremely pleased with this booking. We have a large family of 7 from NM, and come to Lubbock frequently. We will be saving this for future trips. Wonderful!

House was in a great location and well appropriated. Propriety manager was great in term of her response time to our questions as well as accommodating for an early checkin.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our large family gathering to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The dining and kitchen areas were lovely and made it easy for everyone to gather together, and the living room was very comfortable with plenty of space for all nine of us to relax and visit. The host was friendly, openly communicative, and made the entire process smooth and easy from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Property address in this neighborhood has issues as there are two properties with same address. Host should update checkin instructions with correct address location and make it easier to access property. Property was clean and as advertised and spacious. We visited only for one night stay with 7 adults and 2 kids on trip back from Colorado to Austin. This property is really a gem and hosts should just update instructions on access to property

Spring break

This house was very nice and the host was excellent. She communicated great with me and came over to clean the hot tub when we got there.

Overall a great stay! 3 bathrooms should have been explained that one was a 1/2 bath. Difficult for two adult couples to share a bathroom that is in one of the bedrooms. We had a great time

The residence was quite inviting; host left several notes to aide; the only issue was the Wifi! The time spent was enjoyable and will consider this residence again in the future for TT football game or Med school graduation!

Thank you for your excellent review! I apologize for the wifi issue, you guys were such awesome guests. Im more well versed on wifi troubleshooting after working through this problem. Apologies! I made sure our line is well buried now so our neighbor cant weed-eat our internet line ever again.

Nice upgrades in bathrooms…showers were a bit challenging for our age group, but we figured it out. The floor air conditioning vents in the kitchen area need to be secured better…hazardous now. We did purchase an electric can opener as the one provided is not working. The home was perfect for our family gatherings each night for dinner. I can add a group picture later.
