Peaceful Kona Vacation

This was our third time renting a condo in this complex. Great pool for kids, nice location, clean house and a helpful concierge booked us fishing and a great Luau. Everyone was happy. Only thing that could be improved would be updating the main TV but you don’t go to Hawaii to watch tv.

Great family vacation

This place is bigger than what it looks like from photos. There were 3 of us adults and my 5 year old. Everyone had their own space and we loved that the pools were only a two minute walk away. It is a quiet complex which I very much appreciated. Having access to the private beach at the beach club was great. We did explore another beach that was only a 10 minute drive away from the resort. The place itself was fully stocked in the kitchen but the only thing I couldn’t find was hot pads/oven mitts but not a big deal. I will note that parking kind of sucks if the three parking stalls outside of the complex are taken. There is access to the garage buts a fairly tight squeeze if you’re driving anything other than a small sedan. Overall, our family really enjoyed this stay. We didn’t need to communicate with property management but they did reach out to us to see if we needed anything.
