Great stay, place, and location

We always enjoy homes that pleasantly surprise us and this property is one of them. You immediately relax when you walk through the front door. The owner’s thought of everything. It is close to FAU, downtown Boca, various beaches, and Publix is walking distance from the property. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and rather secluded for being so close to everything. The pool and backyard are a true oasis and the air conditioning can keep up with the heat. The TV room will seem warm at first but immediately cools down once you adjust the AC. Just a wonderful property.
