When the refrigerator issue was reported, our team responded right away and delivered a temporary replacement to minimize any disruption, while coordinating with the owner on a longer-term solution. Regarding the vents, we did offer to have maintenance come out promptly to inspect and address the concern during your stay, but understand that this service was declined at the time. We also worked to provide flexible options so you could choose what felt most comfortable for you, including the option to check out early with a refund (less platform fees), a partial refund of $2,250 to continue the stay, and a late 2:00 PM checkout. Our goal is always to respond quickly and offer fair solutions when something unexpected comes up.
