Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please move any furniture back into its proper place if you've moved it
Please make sure to throw all wet towels Etc in the washing machine are in the laundry baskets in the room
Please make sure to turn the thermostat to 74°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO parking in the grass in front of the house! No parties, no loud music.Kayaks must be returned and life vests worn at all times use hose to wash off
No sandy towels in dryer wash off feet. no pets in beds, must clean up after pet. In emergency or power issues.please contact me directly via my cell
Place all trash in the outside can when leaving. a police response for any reason, I reserve the right to evict the guest without a refund.
