**Please note: our house is a duplex with a front unit and a back unit that have separate entrances. The back unit entrance is on the side of the home along the deck. There is no indoor access between the units once you're inside, you have to walk outside to access either unit. Please keep this in mind when booking with large groups. Also, the back unit does not have a dishwasher, only the front unit does.**

Basics: Tons of space in the heart of the city! 6 Bedrooms total (4BR in the front unit, 2BR in the back unit), 3.5 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 kitchens, and spacious common space. Two of the bedrooms in the back unit are on the main level so no stairs! We can set up additional air mattresses and bedding on a couch if you have more than 14 guests.


This 6 bedroom house is ideally located a half mile from the Downtown Mall and just 1.5 miles from UVA. Ideal for bachelorette weekends, wedding parties, UVA football games, and reunions. Our home is truly one of a kind in a fantastic walkable location. This home features two sunny, open kitchens and a welcoming front porch and back deck overlooking the backyard.

The Main Floor Front Unit: The living room, kitchen and half bathroom are all on the main floor. The living room features new couches and seating that surround the Roku TV that has access to anything you want to stream!


The Upstairs Floor Front Unit: The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached master bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms, two with queen beds and a twin XL in each, and a third room with a king sized bed. The stacked laundry units are upstairs in the hallway.

The Back Unit: All one floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and 1 full renovated bathroom that's shared between the bedrooms. This unit also has its own washer/dryer, a living room, kitchen, and a breakfast nook with farmhouse table.


There is a basement lower level that is unavailable that is currently under renovation and vacant.
