Our newly renovated house, furnished with all brand-new furniture, is located very close to UVA. It is one mile from UVA's main grounds and the John Paul Jones Arena. The house offers ample space for large groups and features many amenities to make your stay memorable, including an espresso machine, a PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, ESPN+, and other TV channels, as well as a foosball table. Additionally, the house is well equipped for families with children and babies.

Such a beautifully decorated home! Excellent kitchen appliances. Very spacious and very clean. My family of seven loved watching sports on the large screen TV while relaxing on the sectional. Great location, close to UVA and Barracks. Highly recommend.

Excellent Spacious House

We had a great time with our family over Easter. Loved the screened in porch. Enough hiding places outside for a holiday egg hunt. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and convenient to UVA.

Awesome house

We had a great stay with family. Lots of room with great kitchen/appliances. loved the screen porch. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the check-in was that the code vrbo sent was different from the code the owner provided via message. We figured it out. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Well suited to our needs!

Our stay was perfect for visiting ill elderly mother. We were supposed to have children with (5 and 7) us but they couldn’t join us. Outdoor areas could have been more manicured but the indoor space worked perfectly fine for grown ups. Masha was kind and helpful.

Amazing location; peaceful and serene while also extremely convenient

We had a wonderful time at this rental! We couldn't believe how secluded and private it felt, while also being extremely convenient to Barrack's Road and UVA. We were 2 families of 4, and the space was perfect and very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and very well-supplied. The appliances were all top of the line. There was even an espresso maker! Our best memory was drinking coffee on Sunday morning on the screened in porch and seeing 3 deer and a fox in the yard! Oh...and it's about a 3 minute walk to Bodo's Bagels :) We will most definitely return to this rental for football weekends and basketball games.

The property is nicely done and has great toys and play space for kids. It is, however, on a big hill in the driveway is very tricky, so if you have elderly guests or individuals with disabilities, or even an aversion to driving off cliffs, you should strongly consider this. On our final day at the property, the power went out. This was not the fault of the property owner, but it did take them a long time to get back to us about it. Finally, they do not allow guests to wear shoes in the house. This was OK with us, but if you are a shoe person again, you should be aware.

This was a comfortable stay in Charlottesville! The house was conveniently located and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well-appointed. There was very large T.V., and comfy couch where we enjoyed some World Cup games. The kitchen worked well for our eat-in nights and was stocked with some essentials, and having three bathrooms was very helpful for our group. We had family meeting us there, including a 14-mos. old. We appreciated the accommodations made for little ones, especially the crib and highchair(s). The house is near plenty of stores and restaurants, but from looking out the windows, you wouldn't know that because it's very wooded and private. We enjoyed the stay.

The location on the side of a hill was somewhat challenging. The master bedroom and bath were lovely.Include a folder with written information explaining how to use the Ninja pod/drip coffee maker, touch lamps, and dimmer switch for overhead lighting. Probably it should include TV channel operation, and directions for setting house temperature.Rearrange porch furniture.
