Long Street Cottage - 5 bdrm/3.5 bath - North Downtown

North Downtown home with 2,500 square feet of living space and a fully fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors throughout. A mile to the historic Downtown Mall.

Stately home with high ceilings, large open concept floor plan, large rooms, lots of light, and super close to the downtown mall, 29, and UVA.

Take a stroll down the gorgeous Locust Ave or enjoy your own space with a fenced in yard, front porch that feels like you're in your own private tower, or the large covered back deck.

There is a master suite with full bath on both levels (Main & Upper). There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs as well as an additional bathroom. All bedrooms have king beds. There’s also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room and a half bath on the main level.
