Thoughtful amenities (Bluetooth speakers, beach toys/chairs/beach towels vs bath towels, living room blankets, etc.) set this house apart. Great location and plenty of room for my large family of 9. Hunter was responsive when I had a couple questions before and during my stay.

Great place to vacation, very close to the beach with multiple beach entry points and walkable to all the restaurants in Carlsbad village. Hunter was a great host, very communicative and the place was very clean with all the amenities you could imagine. Will definitely be staying here again during our next Carlsbad trip!

Our stay was wonderful, we made some beautiful memories as a family there and thanks in big part to our rental. It made my husbands graduation all the more special to be able to spend it in a beautiful location and in a wonderful rental. Hunter was amazing and very helpful through our stay!

Perfect walkable location and a huge house and yard with a lot of different spaces for multiple family members. We had a little trouble getting in the guest house and the AC freezing up, but good thing that they had 3 portable AC units which worked well. They even had little necessities like floss, q tips, hair ties, etc. Very thoughtful. Have already recommended this place to a couple friends.

Fun Getaway!

What a fun property! Loved the hot tub, fire pit, short walk to the beach, and the private back yard. Good communication from owner, easy check-in and check-out. Would stay there again!

Great communication, lovely backyard with hot tub, perfect space for a girls getaway weekend! Location was great too - walking (or biking!) distance from Carlsbad village and super close to the beach.

Hot tub jets not working on one side. Kitchen excellent. Window treatments very poor in living room, 1 bedroom and office bungalow in back. Towels and sheets could have been better. Coaster Train didn't bother me but others complained, Overall stay enjoyable.

Nice little beach house

We really enjoyed staying here. It is so close to the beach and is in a cute little residential neighborhood, very safe and quiet. It is an older home, but the furnishings and interior design are very updated and nice. The yard is private and relaxing.

This place was great for our family. We were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend together and enjoyed the hot tub, beach days, perfect weather and very comfortable accommodations. The outdoor spaces are fabulous and the beds were all reported as comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and spacious enough to fit lots of people in the kitchen while making a Thanksgiving meal. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with all the little questions that come up when you have 8 adults and a baby in unfamiliar places. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. We came from out of town to Carlsbad for a family wedding. The home was a good fit for our family consisting of 6 adults and one infant. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The hot tub was treat at the end of our day. Hunter responded quickly to a question we had and took care to make sure all was well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Hunter is an extremely responsive host and definitely takes the time to ensure visitors have all of the extra amenities that make the difference. Fun times in SoCal

The house is as pictured and was a perfect beach bungalow for a "local" SoCal experience. Hunter was an excellent host and communicator. Her property was dialed with all the thoughtful things you may need or want on your beach trip. 5 minute walk to beach and 5 min drive to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Great hosts, lovely property

Hunter was incredibly accommodating to us and our extended family when all 3 of our households were displaced by the fires. The house worked well for fitting us all, and the property was a nice peaceful safe haven. Several members of our party found the proximity to the ocean incredibly therapeutic during this tough time. A great extended family vacation

The layout of the property was great for our group of six people. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors as well. Close to the beach, downtown Carlsbad and access to the highway for other events. The property was as represented and expected. Dedicated parking was also a benefit. We will return again soon !!!
