We are a Vacation Management Company, only listing UNPUBLISHED OWNER’S RATES.

Listings include owner properties, villas and estates that ARE NOT available through public travel sites.

ALL INCLUSIVE IS NEVER MANDATORY like the other sites. Though it can be arranged directly through the resort and can be cheaper if done before arrival.

All Resorts have an Owner side and a Hotel side. We here at VTE only deal with the Owner’s Rooms, Villas, Penthouses and Estates. Where there are many additional benefits included and offered, not available to the hotel guests at these Resorts.

SO LIVE IT UP LIKE AN OWNER WITHOUT THE EXPENSIVE UPFRONT COSTS OF OWNERSHIP!!!

A few of our reservations can be made “INSTANT”. MOST need to be REQUESTED, meaning we must call as Owners to check the dates availability you are requesting prior to booking to confirm that availability as it changes constantly.

We have noted this in the description, noted by

Enjoy the spacious comfort of our luxurious all-suite accommodations featuring beautiful ocean or garden views and a fully equipped kitchenette for the ultimate touch of convenience. Each of our 260 junior and luxury suites is beautifully appointed with elegant furniture, plush bedding, lifestyle technology, and a balcony or patio. Rooms are stocked with fresh towels, flavored water, and flat-screen TVs.

Suites at Pueblo Bonito Rose are divided into two categories: Junior Suites and Luxury Suites. All suites are spacious and decorated with a modern take on traditional Mexican décor. Colors throughout tend towards beiges, whites, and reds. Expect to see blond side tables, heavy armoires, and wicker chairs mixed with terra-cotta tile floors and vibrant artwork.

Each suite includes a kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, cookware, and a toaster. All suites have a separate dining area with a small table and chairs. Flat-screen TVs and iPod docks are standard, but Wi-Fi is only free for guests who book the all-inclusive rate. Spacious bathrooms feature standing showers and plenty of vanity counter space, magnifying mirrors, and hairdryers. There are a few towels and toiletries on offer.

Luxury Suites upgrade to separate bedrooms and living room areas. All suites come with furnished balconies or patios, and many have stunning ocean views.

Features Massive pool terrace, beachfront to Playa el Medano, tranquil spa, modern fitness center, and free Wi-Fi Pueblo Bonito Rose has lots of wonderful features, but the highlight of the resort is the massive freeform pool situated in the center of the grounds.

There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool for guests to use, and an entertainment team provides activities like water aerobics and trivia. A private beach area is located on the white sand of Playa el Medano, in front of the pool terrace.

Pueblo Bonito Rosé offers private beach access upscale dining, state-of-the art fitness center, tennis courts, full-service European spa and salon, events and wedding services, large free-form swimming pool and children's pool area, and a full schedule of resort activities ranging from aqua aerobics to Spanish language sessions.

There's a scheduled shuttle service which runs between sister resorts of Sunset, Pacifica, and Montecristo Estates -- guests can use the facilities at each property for free.

Location On a quiet side street within easy walking distance to downtown Cabo, beachfront to Playa el Medano Pueblo Bonito Rose has a prime location on a quiet side street away from surrounding party resorts, but is also beachfront to the most swimmable beach in Cabo, Playa el Medano.

Situated six blocks from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Rose is a 10-minute walk to the notorious Cabo nightlife, like The Office or Mango Deck. Expect a 30-minute walk or 10-minute drive to watersports and fishing at the marina.
The main drag through Cabo San Lucas, Larazo Cardenas, is a five-minute drive or a 17-minute walk from Rose, and has plenty of restaurants, bars, and popular shops.

While Rose is located on Playa el Medano, the white sands of Costa Azul are a 25-minute drive from the hotel. The small, quaint town of San Jose del Cabo is a 30-minute drive, and features cobblestone streets, Old World Mexican charm, and a lively art scene.

The small Cabo San Lucas International Airport is a 15-minute drive. The larger Los Cabo International Airport is a 42-minute drive from the hotel. Renting a car is not necessary, and cabs are easily accessible to get around downtown Cabo.
