We do know the Plantation can indeed be confusing to navigate, especially with all the winding roads and trees that add to its beauty and serenity. Providing excellent customer service is a priority for us, and we’re happy to hear that our efforts helped. We do include a map of the Omni Plantation in the check-in package to further assist guests, as we understand that phone navigation can be tricky in this area. The floor to ceiling windows that cover the back walls of the unit, make you feel like you are outside without having to be outside.
