ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE MEMORIES!!

We can sleep up to 8 people in this spacious 3 BEDROOM and 2 FULL BATH condo with over 1450 SQUARE FEET of LIVING AREA.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR and have BEACH VIEWS from all windows. FULL SIZE Kitchen and Laundry in condo unit. NO ELEVATORS in the condo complex. Inside staircases and with condo front doors located in an internal hallway.

Don't forget to use our LOCKED STORAGE - outside and downstairs for all your beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys!

We have 2 huge OLYMPIC SIZE POOLS, 2 CHILDRENS POOLS, and plenty of lounge chairs to go around.
Sit by the pool and watch the kids swim or to just soak up some rays!

Our Little LAGOON views are spectacular with our private pier, gazebo covered fishing area, and even fish cleaning stations.
We have a private boat ramp into the Lagoon with over 50 first come first serve boat slips! No extra fees!
The charcoal grills and picnic tables under the land gazebo will come in handy to cook your catch of the day after fishing!!

RELAX on our FURNISHED BALCONY with your morning coffee or in the evening to watch the sunset and listen to the waves rolling in!!

In all 3 BEDROOMS, you will experience very comfortable beds!
~ In the MASTER bedroom you have a KING SIZE BED and FULL- SIZE bathroom with a separate dressing and closet area.
~ Bedroom TWO has (2) DOUBLE beds.
~ Bedroom THREE has a QUEEN bed.
Another FULL-SIZE bathroom is in the hall area right next to the other 2 bedrooms.
The LARGE DINING area will seat 8 comfortably and 2 at the bar...
All rooms are SPACIOUS....

Sea Oats has deeded beach access straight across Beach Blvd. with a resting area and outside shower to rinse off before you head back to the condo or to the pools.

Great condo

The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Great location for the beach and loved the pools! The storage area had a wagon and plenty of beach toys and chairs so you don’t have to pack all that.

Perfect Spring Break!

Our family had the time.of our lives! We spent each morning walking the beach and enjoying the gorgon sunrises. This condo is in the ideal location for enjoying Gulf Shores while still maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Best getaway of our lives and we will most assuredly be repeat guests.

Great condo for family visit

The condo worked out very well for our family of 5 adults. It gave everyone plenty of space. The view of the pool was very nice & we enjoyed the added view of the Gulf from the balcony. Our host, Mary, was an excellent communicator & so nice.

The condo was very clean and had everything as stated. It was right next to the pool and just a short walk to the beach access. Very close. The piers were great for fishing and to get a nice breeze.

Gulf Shores Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Sea Oats G106. The unit was perfect. It was clean, great location, plenty of space and Mary was quick to respond when i had a question. The use of the storage locker was a bonus. I highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay in Mary's unit. Beautiful view and great west facing deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. Wonderful location for beach access, walking and bike riding. We'll be back

Everything was great! Location and access to the beach was super easy. Pool access was right out the door from the place. The extra stuff for the beach the owner had was such a blessing as we forgot all about beach stuff! Would recommend 100%

The place is AMAZING. Communication with Mary so simple and very fast to respond. Neighborhood is great and the trip across the road quick. Not a very busy road at all. My husband and kids are considering a month long stay next time. 10/10 recommended!

Everything was as descibed

Everything was as described and the walk to the beach took no time at all! We enjoyed our stay and slept great! My suggestion to renters would be to bring an extra blanket or two (which luckily we did) because there are not extras in the condo BUT this in no way takes away from our pleasant time at Sea Oats! Everything was clean and in working order!

Great week!

This was our first time staying at Sea Oats and we were very pleased. We had a large group of friends staying in various locations within Sea Oats, but I thought our condo was the best! :) We have rented a large house for many years so it has been a long time since we have stayed in condos. This one was perfect for my family. The walk to the beach was super easy, even being across the street. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. I definitely would stay here again!

Best equipped condo that we have ever rented!

We packed our pizza pan, beach chairs, and the beach toys for the grandkids. But we really would not have needed them. This condo had all of those items available and more. The condo was clean, spacious (for 5 adults and 4 kids) and the location near the pool was wonderful. We had so much fun that we plan to make this trip an annual event. The owner (Mary) was very quick in replying to all of my questions and extremely pleasant to deal with! We would recommend this condo to anyone in need of 3 bedrooms.

Nice Place, Terrible owners.

It was a nice place and close to the beach. However, despite having to pay a hefty cleaning fee, we followed the checkout procedures which included sweeping the condo, throwing all trash, putting all of the towels washing, and cleaning and putting away all of the dishes. I’m now getting charged for a damage fee because they supposedly had to clean more than normal. Oh and there is a scratch on the stovetop, so they may have to replace the whole stove apparently. With all that being said maybe you should look elsewhere like I will be doing for my next trip.

Great condo!

Thank You for allowing us to stay in your condo! We had 5 adults, two 2 year olds and a 5 year old. This condo worked great for us. I loved that it had a pack and play and high chair already available so we didn't have to pack as much. It also has a lot of toys in the downstairs storage. You do not need to bring anything for the pool or beach(except some flashlights for crab hunting) which is great! The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn't need anything in there. The coffee maker quit working while we were there. I contacted Mary and she refunded me the amount we paid for a new one plus some. It went smoothly. The beach ramp is directly across the road which made it nice with little ones. We had a beach view from one of the bedrooms, kitchen and the deck(which is on the side). It was perfect. There is a tv in 2 of the bedrooms which made it nice for the little ones. I could put on cartoons in the mornings and they didn't wake everyone else up. It is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb Spring Break Stay at Sea Oats

WOW!!! OUR STAY WAS INCREDIBLE. When we arrived the condo was exactly as described and presented. The bedrooms are all ample sized and the beds are comfortable with quality linens. We found the kitchen was well equipped (the only thing missing was a waffle iron). The closet behind the fridge is where to find the vacuum, iron and ironing board, mop and broom. The laundry closet contains all the linens (bring your own beach towels). The hot tub was opened on the last afternoon of our stay, but would have been really wonderful on the chilly evenings. Location was perfect. You are just far enough away from the shops and restaurants to feel totally relaxed and decompress. The beach access is just across the street with one of the best spots for all your sand and sun fun. In the outside storage we found everything we could ask for. Beach chairs, an umbrella, toys...we added a beach football to the cache. I honestly cannot think of a single thing we would change. It was perfect for our family and could have easily accommodated more guests. I would recommend this condo to any of our friends or family and we are already looking forward to booking again for next year. It would have been a really nice addition for an outdoor grill at the unit, the distance to the dock area was too far to be usable. The unit offered privacy, was easily accessible and was very quiet. Parking was ideal. The association is doing some sprucing up with paint, ect...but was never a bother at all. The parking was ideal, we just really cannot say enough positive things about our experience!

Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Check in was easy. Access to beach was a short distance and the beach chairs and wagon in the storage closet kept us from having to pack our own. Pool was nice, too!

We had a great time and enjoyed the unit. The space was amazing, clean and very spacious. I would recommend the sea oats association put non slip strips on the pool stairs. They are very slippery. We had one person slip and break her arm.

Amazing family vacation

The property was fantastic! Right on the beach with direct beach access and pools at the complex! Communication with property manager was timely and very helpful! Great for adults and kid friendly! Family friendly without being overly so. So many great things to say, we will be back to stay with them again next year!

Our family has been coming to Gulf Shores for over 30 years. We have stayed in several other condo complexes. But we always came back to Sea Oats.
Sea Oats has the best vacation spot to us! Hands down!! Gulf and Lagoon access, Gulf and beach views, olympic size pools, boat ramp and slips, and outdoor gazebo for grilling, and so family friendly. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Sea Oats is only 3-4 miles away from the core of Gulf Shores and so many activities they are too many to list.
Not crowded and quiet with just enough activity and excitement in the air!!
Not a stressful vacation spot...laid back and relaxing....
