Everything you need

Loved staying at the Signature! Bed was so comfortable, view was stimulating yet peaceful, relaxing jacuzzi for 2, spacious and well equipped room with a full kitchen and breakfast table. Two full baths, great gym, beautiful pools and perfect location away from the casinos.

Peace of mind

Once I arrive to the condo I was very impressed. Front desk service was great. I entered the condo and was amazed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The panoramic view of the spear and the pool was breathtaking. Looking forward to my next stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It's conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We received and appreciated the quick responses to all of our inquiries. We loved having two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a private bedroom and balcony with a wonderful view of Top Golf (great food and drinks by the way), the Sphere and the mountains in the background. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our friend who slept on the double pull out bed in the couch said it was comfortable as well. There was plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. There were plenty of towels, though we definitely could have used more hangers, paper towels and toilet paper. Special request- softer toilet paper and paper towels please There were only 2 chairs around the dining table, but in the pictures it shows 4 chairs, which were needed. The rugs and furniture were comfortable though are showing expected wear and tear from use (especially in the living area). The conveniently located Lobby Bar and Delights had great drinks and food. The pool was lovely and not too crowded. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Beautiful view, quiet, upscale

The condo was absolutely amazing. Clean, quiet, never heard anyone next door or above. Master bathroom was spacious, 2 vanities and a lovely large jacuzzi. Two toilettes in the condo, a must have for any couple. Very secure property, which requires a room key to access your room floor with security at the elevator. The balcony view was gorgeous with the MGM pool view, formula one and top golf view. Less than 5-minute walk to the MGM Grand, all indoor. Less than 10-minute walk to the Monorail entrance inside the MGM Grand, a must for the Vegas strip traveler. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would not hesitate to book again. This is a must see for an outstanding price and great location. Thank you for everything.
