Amenities include Gated Community, Pro shop, Clubhouse and River Club dining facilities, fitness center with spa & massage services, 2 heated and cooled pools, Lighted Tennis and Pickleball courts, Childrens Playground, Kayak Dock, 2 Deepwater Boat Docks, & 27 holes of Golf designed by the legendary Tom Fazio. Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay in Callawassie to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The house was perfect for just the two of us and matched the pictures and description on the listing. The hosts were extremely accommodating from coordinating reservations in the River house to daily golf tee times. The amenities that come along with the rental are unparalleled to other vacation homes and the best part for us was our senior dog being allowed to join us. The house even comes with a golf cart!

Well organized villa with wonderful views of lagoon wildlife activity. Easy access to golf course and club facilities. Short drive to Savannah and Beaufort. Overall a wonderful location and property.

Great place on Callawassie Island

This property is a perfect location and set-up on Callawassie Island. I was actually there for work so it made the perfect central location. All of the amenities are exactly as described. While we didn't have much time there, the back deck is the perfect location to see some of the local wildlife! Also, you are just a short drive to the River Club which is a great place for dinner and drinks. We will certainly look to stay there again in the future.
