Historic Downtown Morgan Street Apartment - Pet Friendly!
Situated in historic downtown Versailles, Morgan Street Apartment is conveniently located just off Main Street. It's an easy walk to a coffee shop, bourbon bar, ice cream shop, restaurants, bakeries, boutique shops, an antique shop and more. Located above a chiropractic office, you may want to schedule a sauna session or Reiki session during your stay. Bring your dog along and take advantage of our fenced backyard.
Known for our picturesque countryside, rock lined fences and love for all things bourbon, wine & bloodlines, Versailles and Woodford County provide an unforgettable experience of life in the Bluegrass.
You will find eclectic shops and antiques, delicious restaurants and bakeries, and charming B&B accommodations with open doors and arms full of hospitality. Create your own mini bourbon and/or wine trail with 4 of each within 15 miles and visit champions like American Pharoah and Justify on one of our many nationally recognized horse farms.
Access to world class bike trails, zip line, horse & hiking trails and family team building activities at our Life Adventure Center, a regionally acclaimed community theater, a railroad museum, quilt trail and many seasonal festivals.
It’s not just the beautiful land and southern smiles that make Versailles and Woodford County such a delight, it’s ”The small town feel you want, with the urban access you need”.
The apartment itself is on the second floor above the chiropractic office. You'll enter through a rear door and go up the stairs to the second floor. The apartment door opens into a spacious room that doubles as the living room and bedroom. There is a full kitchen to your right, which also has a full sized washer and dryer in it for your convenience. Through the living room there is a dining room that doubles as extra sleeping space. From here you can access the full bathroom. There is also a fenced backyard and patio with a fire pit, seating, dining area and grill.
You will have full use of the backyard and patio space, with all amenities out there. My employees and I will also occasionally be in this area, as we enter through the backdoor as well. The office is only open to patients on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, although I have been known to work a few hours on other days, so may make an appearance occasionally.

My girls loved this cute apartment. Very well stocked with extras, and it does have a queen blow up bed even thoigh that isnt listed. Lots of blankets and toiletries, and is 1 block from historic downtown which is nice and walkable. Id definitely stay again!
Love the location nice space but stairs verySteep, rail too short, The fence yard needs to be cleaned up, doesn’t look like anything has been done to it since last time we were here
The property was perfect and just as described. We loved the little town and the coffee shop across the street. Pizza place around the corner was great too! Easy to Uber to Nicholasville for golf tournament. Would definitely recommend!!
Lovely unit, had everything we needed
Kitchen was well stocked, great location to walk to town, The stairs were very steep and handrails need to be longer. Should have safety bars on wall beside tub
This was the second time we stayed at this property. One of the reasons we stayed there again was the outdoor area. The patio area was filthy with leaves and branches and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned or swept. The patio furniture was filthy and damaged. We also ran out of toilet paper, there was only one extra roll.
Best Location for Caves, Horses, Bourbon, Parks and old Town Versailles activities
Brandi put together a welcome kit and lots of pamplets for the area. We couldn't have felt more welcome. The apartment was spacious, we were able to enjoy nice baths, cooking for our dog and the backyard with lots of space to hang out and enjoy our coffee. We really appreciate the atmosphere and town amenities after long hikes and touring the area. Recommend the drive to Shakertown from Versailles. It was scenic and exciting. Did not go to Shakertown but did the Heavens Hill Experience and many cave hikes.
