Amenities include outdoor no-spring trampoline, ping pong table and indoor pool table. Property borders a green belt so don't be surprised by deer wandering by (yard is completely fenced in). Perfectly located - cold weather blocked by Mt Tam, and less than 45 min to Stinson Beach and Sonoma, 30 min to the city.
