This cozy studio on the 6th floor offers a kitchenette and a lovely side ocean view, providing the ideal setting for relaxation. Equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster oven. This studio caters to your culinary needs. Conveniently located just steps away from the ocean and walking distance to so many attractions such as Hard Rock Hotel, Daytona Lagoon, Ocean Walk Shops, and Movies.

The room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are completely private, mining you do not share the space with others during your stay. You also have access to a parking garage, pool, and laundry that are only accessible for people staying in the building. There is beach access through the parking lot on the side of the building.

For your safety, please keep the entrance door locked. Do NOT share your code with anyone outside your party. Do not leave personal belongings in any public space. No parties or events. No additional guests are allowed over what was booked. Please be careful and take care with the furnishings in the condo. No wet or damp clothes on the furniture. You will be responsible (FINANCIALLY) for any/all damaged items.
- check-out by 10.00AM-Remove any food from the fridge or cabinets. -Place all trash in the trash can/ Dumpster is in front of the building.- Put bag the Master Keys and the Parking Passes on the hook so you will not have the extra $100 charge for each. -Look all around to make sure you have not forgotten any personal item. -Lock balcony door before departure

The condo is in an older building, but the room is very clean. It was well stocked for our stay. The security guard was amazing! We contacted the owner to solve a minor issue and it was handled immediately.

Great property with responsive host!

This is our second stay at this property and was once again exactly as described with a view of the beach. They have added a few upgrades from our last stay and left us an unexpected treat! It’s clean, love the retro decor and we enjoyed having a beverage and snack in the balcony. East access to the beach, shopping and great food. We will be back!

Nice, Clean & Comfortable

We spent two nights here while attending an event at Ocean Center. Great location, close proximity to the auditorium and to Boardwalk. The efficiency was spotless, very well-equipped including nice touches like extra power strip, ceiling fan, beach gear, and extra pillows. The furniture is nice and clean, beds are comfortable with nice bedding and linens. Balcony is spacious with view of both city and ocean. Covered parking was a plus and the building was quiet. Communication with host was excellent. Check-in and check-out very easy. No complaints, only compliments to host Ganna for making our stay enjoyable.
