Located adjacent to the historic Chequessete Burial Ground and First Meeting House of 1723, this coastal home delights with its park-like setting. After a day at nearby Mayo Beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. A second living area complete with a bedroom, bathroom, and patio offers privacy. Entertaining in this well-equipped kitchen and a JBL portable speaker is a treat. End the evening on the spacious deck while gazing at the stars. The Baker Field Recreation Area with a playground, recreational courts, and picnic tables is a great nearby option for families.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
