We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

Very cool!

Stayed at Alibi house for Ja-Mar. Was an enjoyable exp and was easy to deal with Patti in getting it all set up from check-in to check out.

Two month winter vacation

I liked the quiet location and being adjacent to the desert, a great place to walk. Kitchen is great with adequate utensils to do whatever I wanted to do. My biggest complaint would be the soggy mattress on the master bed, speaks of age. Also could not get comfortable on the old leather couch in the living room, but that may be me personally. Overall, a great place to get away from the Minnesota winter.

Everything was good except for reading area and umbrella. They need to get a couple of recliners and reading lamps. They also need an umbrella or shade on west side. Get rid on some of the fourteen aluminum frying pans and get some cast iron. Thanks.

We really enjoyed the location. Very private in the back yard. We were surprised that there was no foil, plastic wrap, or anything in the kitchen. We had to immediately shop to make sure we had things to take care of leftovers. The owners were also not very fast to take care of things that were not working right. We waited 40 days to have the pool fixed and ready to heat. Patti is great to deal with. We really enjoyed working with her. I would definitely rent another place with her.
