About this property

HB Rustic Retreat is like having your own private 36 acre campground with all the amenities you will need and all the comforts of home. Come disconnect and reconnect while making memories in our cabin in the woods!

We have Kayaking, fishing, swimming, yard games, cookouts, campfires, walking trails and more. Wanna relax, enjoy sitting outside on our large covered deck or on the dock by the pond.

You won’t want to leave the property but if you want to tour the area….We are a 9 minute drive to Watkins Glen, 11 minutes to Corning NY and 7min to Watkins Glen International Racetrack.

The cabin consists of a large living area complete with air conditioners, couch, (5) recliner chairs, television, breakfast table, island bar, and kitchen area.

The kitchen consists of a stove and 2 mini refrigerators, complete with coffee maker, microwave, crockpot, air fryer, and toaster.
pots, pans, utensils and more. For barbecuing, we have an outdoor barbecue grill.

Two bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds in each room. With 8 single beds, 1 couch and 5 recliner chairs, up to 14 guests can sleep comfortably.

The indoor bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and toilet. There are two additional outhouses.
*There is **NO HOT WATER** All water for sinks/showers are filtered and fed from our spring fed pond. (Note: the cabin water is pond fed and not for drinking)

“WATER” for Drinking/cooking/Coffee is provided.

A Smart TV is provided. It receives approximately 21 local channels from a roof top digital antennas. A Blue Ray DVD player is also provided. Weather dependent, a hot spot can be created on your mobile device, to view everything except a live stream. We also provide a gaming console which although modern, contains over 100 old school video games, such as PAC Man and Donkey Kong.

HB’s Rustic Retreat is powered by a “touch free” super quiet generator, secluded in our maintenance shed. Simply push a button and the generator provides all the comforts of home.

Cellular service/hot spots/cellular internet is available with our cellular booster.
