Loved it here!

We absolutely loved the house. We felt right at home and that was so important. The house was immaculate. Clean. Nothing out of place. Had everything we could have needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils, etc. Nothing negative to say about this home. There were games to play in the backyard and we did. However if you like being outside like we do. Grab some off spray. I was bitten over 20x by mosquitoes. But again that was just me. Bc my husband got bitten ZERO lol. And the communication with Karen was impeccable. She was very quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. If you’re looking for a rental, choose this one. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

Waterpark, good location

Nice place, clean and recently painted, stocked kitchen, had room to stretch out, glad we rented a home over hotel room. We love the Bahn, but accommodations in the original Resort cabins are old and worn, preferred this spot!!! Would do again

Close to everything

This house is in a great location, close to schlitterbahn and the chutes. House has everything you need in the kitchen, everything. And some extras in the bathroom. Owner was very responsive when contacted and truly wished to make her guests feel welcomed and at home while on vacation. Will definitely use again next trip to the river!

I have been vacationing in New Braunfels for the past 20 years and have always wanted to own a vacation get-a-way. Now that I finally do I'm happy to share my home with other families so they can create their own memories with all this small town has to offer.

It's a short walk to downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River and Schlitterbahn where you can find places to eat, sights to see and things to entertain you. Drive to Gruene and enjoy all the historic sites and the small town friendly way of life.
