One of the home's most desirable features is its setting with no rear neighbors. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool area, your group can enjoy a more private atmosphere while swimming, relaxing on the lanai, or spending time together outdoors.

The southeast-facing screened pool provides your own place to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout your stay. Start the morning with coffee beneath the screened lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water. Outdoor patio furniture provides a comfortable place for your group to gather between activities.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after long days exploring Orlando. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added. Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day plus tax.

RESORT ACCESS FEE

Solterra Resort charges a resort amenity fee of $35 for reservations with up to 12 guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly to the clubhouse upon arrival using a credit or debit card.
