New kitchen, new furniture, new flooring, new gravel backyard. 45 second walk to the sand. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage. 8 minute drive from downtown Delray Beach. Next to small public lifeguarded beach park and playground. Publix grocery store/restaurants/Starbucks plaza 2 minute drive.

Parking in driveway for 2 or 3 cars depending on the size. Additional parking during daylight hours, 2 blocks away at Gulfstream Public Park.
