From the family room, step out onto the screened pool patio and lanai. The pool deck is overlooking a gorgeous saltwater canal with access to Peace River and no fixed bridges. Sit on the dock watching picturesque sunsets and wildlife. Bring your boat.
This is a great location close to Harbour Heights Park and all its amenities: boat ramps, canoe/kayak ramps, basketball, fishing, playground, etc. Enjoy Punta Gorda’s fabulous downtown with many restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Easy access to US-41 and I-75. It's home to many events including a Saturday Farmer's Market, wine walks, art fairs, boat tours, convenient to the Punta Gorda airport, and has 18 miles of bike and pedestrian trails connecting the city.
