Our stay at the San Isidro Bird House was absolutely wonderful. We visited as a group of four adults and two children, and the property provided the perfect environment for our family trip.The service provided by our host, Carlos, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to our messages and ensured that our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located close to Cayala in Zona 16, making it easy to explore the local area.The house was clean, well-maintained, the pool was clean and fun for the kids and for us 2. Specially after a long day. This property offered a peaceful atmosphere that we all truly appreciated. We felt very well taken care of and safe throughout our entire stay. Great place to stay close to Cayala

There are so many wonderful things to say about both the apartment and the host. The location is easy to find, in a safe area, and conveniently close to a plaza with restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My kids felt right at home and truly enjoyed the stay. The pool was large and pleasantly warm, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained.I had a great experience and will definitely come back. The host was exceptional—he welcomed us personally, gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and was always flexible and available whenever we needed anything. He was always happy to help, and I’m truly glad there are still kind people like him

Glad to host foreign visitors to get to know my country and discover its beauty with one of a kind weather.

Why they chose this property

Close but still away from city trafic and noise. Very close to Cayalá turist attraction zone. One of a kind condo, with a big park and natural surroundings. Villas de San Isidro is the best place to live in Guatemala as far a I know. Private security guards the area, so you can enjoy all the common areas without having to worry about anything.

What makes this property unique

Big open green common areas are unusual in Guatemala. An interesting variety of birds live in the surrounding threes and insided the condo. Any gest will surely enjoy the birds singing in the mornings. Great for a morning walk if you like to see carpenters, turtledoves, melodious black birds, hummingbirds, and many more. Lots of playground if you have kids. You also have a heated pool and a gym.
