The Coral Cottage is nestled within the peaceful gated community of Vacation Village. It is a beautifully renovated A-Frame home and your perfect place to stay & play! You will enjoy private Lake Louisa access, the heated Olympic-sized community pool, tennis/basketball courts, play grounds, FREE parking, fast WiFi, flat-screen smart TVs w/ cable, full kitchen, & in-home laundry. All less than 25 mins from Disney & other Orlando theme parks, and 5 miles from the National Training Center.
The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has a Cozy Southern Feel with a screened-in porch. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Prep meals in the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials. This home also has a free washer & dryer, available for your use. We have done our best to include small touches, like kids' books, games, and smart Tv's to make your stay great!

You will also want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor screened-in porch on beautiful days reading a book, watching a game, or enjoying a family meal. Staying in Clermont gives you easy access to the most popular tourist attractions but still is quiet & safe within a gated community. People often say this is " A hidden gem": get away from it all yet be in the center of everything!
Guest access
The Day before your trip we will be contacting you with the Gate code & door code for your stay. When you pull up to Vacation Village there is a gate code box simply enter your personal code and enter.

You will pass the amenities center and pool area on your way to our unit #176. once you arrive you will find numbered parking please use Unit 176 Parking. If you have more than one car there is extra parking in the lot as well just pick a spot without a # on it, please!
Other things to note
POOL : The key to the pool is on a key hook located by the washer and dryer. Please put it back there when done with it There is a $60 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 176. If you or your guest park in another person's spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed. There are extra spaces available they are the spots with no # on them!

PETS: Pets under 20 pounds are welcome but there is a one-time $50 pet fee please let us know you have a pet directly after booking.

We are close to several parks and a man-made beach.

The space is professionally cleaned.

We stayed for a family trip, my daughters loved the A-Frame! The shabby chic decor was perfect, and so clean! A quiet community! Home was well-stocked, ceiling fans wired so well, we didn’t use the AC at night! A well stocked kitchen, big fridge, and all the cars games were a bonus! Would highly recommend! Note: stairs to second floor is a steep spiral, so perhaps not for everyone!
