Quaint, cozy and clean. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located 6 miles south of the Canandaigua City limits. A short drive to shops, restaurants, breweries and city accommodations. Only 5 miles south of CMAC Performing Arts and 1/8 mile south of Boatworks Marina. The cottage is across the street from the lake but does have water and shared dock access via a short 2-3 minute walk. Linens, towels, wireless internet and plenty of parking are all part of the accommodations.

Very clean and tidy home in Canandaigua, across from the lake. We had a lovely time over the weekend, in town for a family reunion. We did not use the kitchen, but it is fully stocked. Easy access to the lake across the street. My husband went for a swim! Jay was very helpful and communicative and access to the property was very smooth. Highly recommend!

This cottage is a wonderful little house on the lake. The area is quiet and close to beaches and the town. We had a great time staying in the house and the toddlers enjoyed climbing up and down the step into the living room. The lake access was the perfect spot to go and watch the sunset and look for shells. Jay was very kind and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. His parents live near by and stopped over to water the plants and bring an extra fan since it was such an hot weekend. Overall it was a wonderful trip!
