Amazing Location - steps to PC Skiing

This newly available 3 bedroom townhome is not to be missed. One block from the Ski lifts (flat 0.3m walk across the parking lot) and one block from the grocery store and less than a block from the bus stop, it is truly in the center of it all. Getting to Deer Valley, Main Street and Kimball Junction are all less than 10 minutes on the free bus network.
The townhome is on two levels, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom (both with ensuite's) are on the ground floor / entrance level along with a useful mud room area for all the gear! Upstairs, is a good size kitchen, living room and third bedroom, with a separate, third bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to be home away for home.
There is parking for one car in the large common area, covered garage. This is a huge perk at Park City, where parking can be difficult, but really you do not need a car in this location. You can more easily walk where you need to go, anywhere within Park City, than drive and park!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

The location of this property is really not to be beaten. Not on the main road, but just a quick 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain, it is perfect for accessing skiing in winter and trails in the summer. It is also walking distance to the grocery store, golf, bus stops, City Park, convenience store and I could go on! With free, covered parking on site, if you need to bring a car, you will be able to come and go with ease. The house itself is light and airy with extra windows and updated floors and furniture.
