House is great. Spacious, good furniture and kitchen, seemingly very safe and nice neighborhood, water hose and laundry were useful. That said, road noise was significant, and rooster noise made sleeping rough.

I really enjoyed this stay. Cozy in Cabo Rojo really was cozy. They left us lawn chairs, a cooler, a wagon, toaster, pans, towels, etc. communication was very easy too. They replied quickly and were very kind. I love that the house had a washing machine and dryer and even left soap to wash the clothes and a clothesline to dry towels. The only thing I would remark on is that the WiFi isn’t the greatest, but that is because the house is a concrete structure so to use it I had to be in the living room. It was nice there the rooms had individual AC and they cooled the room pretty quickly. Everything was wonderful and I truly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit the area. It was a good location close to many thing in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a perfect way home away from home! All the details to make your vacation home a sanctuary! Very well maintained home in a very cute neighborhood, and close to the beach, local restaurants and shops! 10/10 highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. It served the purpose we needed for our visit. It was clean. Had what we needed for our stay. If there was anything disappointing it was the WiFi. It was less than optimal especially since my cell service in the house was poor. Otherwise, we would stay, or recommend, here again. Communication with the host was easy.

Even more then we expected

Besides being a beautiful home and perfect location, literally a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beach. The home is also located close to stores and easy to get to. The owners both were amazing Blanca gave so many great recommendations and suggestions and answered questions promptly

Cozy and comfortable

The house was just what we wanted. We enjoyed coming home from our daily adventures in PR and the house was clean and had everything we needed. A/C- washer and dryer/ nice back yard…. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Blanca the owner even checked via phone to make sure we were good. Loved it!!

Great price for rental

My family and I were very pleased with this vacation rental. It was one of the best priced rentals for Puerto Rico, clean, overall, well taken care off, with all the necessities needed, for a comfortable stay. Hopefully they continue to keep it at this price, as I would love to be a repeat customer. Also, the owner is very nice, professional and very attentive- always makes sure to communicate and address any concerns. This rental definitely get's my five stars.

Great Family Location

The house is very comfortable with top appliances including air conditioners and smart TVs in all the rooms. Excellent for anyone with small children. It is very close to several beaches, great restaurants and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay of 59 days.You should be aware that it is about 400 feet away from a highly trafficked route. If you have problems sleeping be aware that you will hear traffic all day and night.
