I took my son down for a quick, 2 night stay and I have to say it was exactly what we needed! The condo has everything you need for a long or quick stay and you cannot beat the location. Just steps to the beach and beautiful views. Super easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted an easy place to stay right across from the beach, where we could easily get in an out of our car and go exploring. This place was perfect. It is very well decorated, very clean, and easy to access. The owner was very communicative. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, easy, and feels like home, this is it!

Amazing stay

Super nice apartment modern up to date on everything in the apartment. Bathroom was immaculate and clean. Bedroom was beautiful and the mattress was comfortable as mine at home. Kitchen had everything you needed from appliances to pots and pans. The view from the Balcony was all ocean. Beautiful waking up and having breakfast on the balcony. Pool was nice hit tub was nice clean and hot. Definitely one of the best VRBOS I've stayed in. Location is great beach is literally a 3 minute walk. Only bummer is no washer and dryer in unit but they have a few onsite. Definitely would stay here again. Oh and the welcome basket is a Great gesture!!!

When your only complaint is that the wi fi password is too long, you know you had a great stay. Spotless condo in a great location with a really nice pool at a price that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

My kids and I had a great time staying at this place. Great location and the condo was clean, updated, with a great view of the beach on the balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or relax with with a night cap.

We’ve been locals since the early 1980s and have watched this area grow, yet we still believe there's no better place to live or vacation. As a family of five, we chose to invest in Gulf Winds #16 and Summer Spell Unit 203 because of their unbeatable location on Scenic Hwy 98, offering my kids easy and direct access to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this beachside condo because it’s the ideal getaway from our hectic lives. Since we live just minutes away, there’s no need to travel when we have the world’s best beaches right at our doorstep! Why go anywhere else? Our condo is just steps from the beach and offers convenient access to Pompano Joe’s for a relaxing lunch or dinner.

What makes this property unique

It’s all about the view! The Gulf views are absolutely breathtaking. The kids love the pool and the easy walk to the beach, while I love being able to relax on the balcony, watch the kids at the pool, and still soak in the beautiful beach scenery. Gulf-front views at a Gulf-view rental rate!
