Benefiting from wonderful views across Pigeon Island and the Marina you are ideally located in close proximity to the many amenities of the Rodney Bay area whilst still enjoying a truly secluded and tranquil environment.
Pool, jetted tub and incredible views. A Caribbean Style villa with a modern touch for friends, couples or a family traveling together.
"The View" is a private luxuery villa at Mount du Cap, an exclusive, gated estate in Cap Estate in the North of Saint Lucia.

You will be met by our concierge on arrival at the villa and your housekeeper will take care of all the cleaning needs.
A private chef can be hired additionally and you will discuss directly with him/her your needs and pricing


‘The View” is one of six luxury villas built upon this idyllic community named ‘Mount Du Cap.’
A perfect marriage of traditional Caribbean architecture and modern finishes The striking infinity pool, spa and terraces benefit from the breath-taking Caribbean views allowing you to soak up the fabulous sunsets to the west.
The villa is split level with the living room, dining area, three bedrooms with ensuite bath and kitchen positioned downstairs to face the West. On this level you will also find a separate powder room.
From the living room you can access the patio and the pool area. The Alfresco dining area can be accessed either via the kitchen or via the pool patio
The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and have a very large private balcony attached. Please note a steep spiral staircase leads to theupstairs.
Tasteful décor can be found throughout the property and just like the architecture you will note that the balance of traditional and modern works perfectly.
The mature tropical grounds have a very lush feel and give you privacy
Being part of a gated community the property also benefits from 24hr security giving you complete piece of mind.
Please note that this property does not host young children due to a non gated pool and insurance reasons, has steps from the entrance to the living area, from the living room to the pool and a narrow, spiral staircase to the master bedroom.

The property is beautiful and the view was amazing. The villa was perfect for our family with grown adults. It would also be good for couples traveling together. There was a lot of separation between the bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.Kris was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

This house and host was exceptional. Our family of 4 plus two guests spent 12/24-12/31 (2025) together for the holidays. Kris, our host met us at the home upon arrival to help us get settled. She stocked the house for us with a few groceries and provided all the tips we needed to plan our week accordingly. The home is stunning and the view is priceless. We spent most of our vacation on the back patio soaking up the sun and views, The house is stocked with everything we could have needed and the beds are fantastically comfortable. Usually online pictures outdo the home, but not for this one. Truly a stunning home—will book again!!

This property is absolutely amazing. The house, pool, hot tub, and most of all, the view are absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend hiring Chef Nikki and her mom, Pam, for any meals you want. Kris is a great host and very helpful with recommendations. We did a full day boat tour through Exodus Tours and then spent a day at Body Holiday resort. Both were incredible. Staying at the View was way better then staying at any resort. Everyone was so nice in St Lucia as well. We absolutely loved it!

Rate 10/10. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the views. Amazing views, infinity pool, warm jacuzzi and the home was beyond beautiful and clean. I felt like a princess in a castle. The host, Kris was super nice and gave us the tour of the house and a couple of reccomendations near by. She also had our groceries delvered and stored for by the time we arrived. The house is in a gated community with 5 or 6 other houses, guarded at all times. If you are staying in St. Lucia I would recommend staying here.

My friends and I stayed here for Carnival and we had an amazing experience! The view was breathtaking and the pictures really don’t do the property justice. Kris is incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend using their driver, Donald. He is the best driver I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Easter in St Lucia

The property was beautiful. Location is great and close to good restaurants and beaches as well as a major harbor if you plan to go boating. Comfortably fit 8 people (two families) with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The housekeeper was very polite and helpful. The property manager was excellent and helped us with our various questions. We have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and this was one of our top house rentals.

What an incredible house and amazing experience. We are so fortunate to have found such a gorgeous, spacious home with the most incredible view we have ever seen. Can’t beat the view and space

Four couples rented the house and everything was wonderful. Yes it is quite north so consider that if you really just want to sightsee. Rodney Bay was convenient and was great for boat trips, supermarket runs and some good restaurants. I was surprised that there was nothing leftover from prior guests with respect to spices and basic cooking supplies like oil and vinegar. I think owner/builder should have rethought the tile which was quite slippery but we were careful. Beautiful experience.

Spectacular View Villa

Beautifully appointed Villa at the top of Mount du Cap. Spectacular views of Rodney Bay, Atlantic Ocean and surrounding hillsides. Proximal to many restaurants, shopping, activities and upscale resorts. Villa is located in a secure, manned post quiet community.The home and grounds are well maintained by friendly and helpful staff. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful to all of our needs. Highly recommend for stress free St. Lucian stay for short and long duration.

Amazing and gorgeous View!

The property is very beautiful and updated. We really enjoyed our stay and any little issues were resolved quickly by the property manager who was very helpful and hands-on. Great for adults or families with children over 12. Chef was fantastic (costs extra). Pool and entire patio setting was gorgeous. We would come back but need a railing going up to Master suite. They are aware. Thank you for making our family vacation magical!🙏

Spectacular holiday

Just returned from our holiday at The View and it was a spectacular experience. The home is incredible, spacious, private and lovingly cared for by Viola (love her) the housekeeper and Kris the property manger who is very attentive and helpful. The gate keepers, Ken and Angel are also a delight to see daily :)We felt welcomed and at home and every detail of The View was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all the comforts of home and more. The island is gorgeous and islanders are all so friendly, a very safe traveling experience. So many beautiful things to see and do although it was hard to leave the stunning home - pool - view!! We rented a car from the airport and felt comfortable driving, but it takes a bit to get used to and have to be very careful when driving. Can't wait to go back to The View, so grateful the owners have shared this piece of paradise with us all! Our Favorite restaurants were Coal Pot and The Naked Fisherman and Irie Bar & Grill is not to be missed for a true island experience, see Andy :) Best beaches: Smugglers Cove and Sugar Beach

Beautiful beyond words

Staying at Mount Du Cap in the View Villa was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the villa. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the location was simply unmatched. Our experience was made even better by the exceptional customer service we received from start to finish. Chris, our host, was incredibly attentive and ensured every detail was taken care of. She went above and beyond, providing us with our preferred groceries, giving us a thorough tour of the property, and making sure we were comfortable with all the amenities. Her network of chefs, drivers, and housekeeping staff was top-notch, making our stay truly luxurious. The villa itself was spacious, immaculate, and surrounded by stunning 360-degree scenery. The tower, which housed the primary bedroom suite, was a highlight that added an extra touch of magic to our stay. We made full use of the pool and hot tub, and loved dining on the patio while taking in the views. We were genuinely sad to leave this incredible place and would return in a heartbeat. Our stay at the View Villa was a 10/10 experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Epic vacation that totally exceeded expectations!!!

We traveled w/ 7 adult friends. Everyone had privacy with spacious bedrooms. The community is gated so we felt safe and on the top of the world. The pictures look fantastic but do not do the place justice. We have zero complaints and we have traveled to many places. Our friends plan annual trips and love to go to different places but are considering a redo on this one. Kris is the property manager and she is just a phone call away for any advice. She has been on the island for 30 years so she knows all of the ins and outs. She connected us with Donald our driver and he too was amazing and just a text away. I would not recommend renting a car and driving. The traffic is a little nutty and the roads are very winding. If you are not used to driving on the left side of the road…. That’s another tricky factor. The views at the house are stupendous to say the least. You have a private housekeeper, a gardener and regular pool service. The outdoor dining area was a fun place to eat dinner, play games and make memories. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Every bedroom was spacious and had gorgeous outdoor access. For excursions, we rented a boat from Jerome (Israel King…. He has a website). We had so much fun that we decided to do that a second day. He shows you all the sites via water and takes you to lunch at a local spot. We also did the triple Rainforest Adventure which is ziplining and hiking and so much fun. Thank you all for memories of a lifetime.
