This property met our needs perfectly for a mid-week getaway in Saugatuck, especially in terms of location. We loved being just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants downtown. The unique, hand-thrown souvenir mug was a nice touch.

The place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. It could have used a few more towels. But for the most part no complaints.

Like most verbo's was smaller than it looks on line and not as perfect. Needed some work. 3 units, heard people walking upstairs. The entry door stuck when opening and closing. Floor uneven. Weeds on walkway to door. The last two verbo's I got I would not have stayed in had I seen them first. So ask and get as many photos as possible. One unit I had was an overhead photo of a whole house but it was half a house when I got there.

Perfect Location

This was my 2nd year staying in the same cozy cottage for Thanksgiving. It is small, comfortable, and has most of the amenities you would want for a short stay. The location is absolutely perfect, with off street parking and 1 1/2 blocks from downtown.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but they need to accommodate shorter people as the bed was too high. My partner is only 5’ tall and had to use a chair to get into bed
