Take a walk down to the lake as the property connects directly to the lake(1500 ft approx). Walk/drive over to the Boomer beach access where you can enjoy the park, boating access, and swim beach. Sit on the front or back porch and relax. Biking and walking trails 2 miles away at warrior creek. Home is located just minutes from wilkesboro and wilkesboro community college. 30 minutes from blue ridge parkway. 40 minutes from Boone.
