This cabin is an absolute gem! It's about 25 minutes from civilization, which is what we wanted. Incredible views and beautiful property. We will definitely stay here again!

Yep, about 25 minutes gets you to Wilkesboro, Boone, or West Jefferson—and, of course, in true rural NC fashion, you’re only about 20 minutes from the nearest Dollar General. House was very clean, very comfortable. Views were even better in person. No light or noise pollution. It is a very beautiful quiet location. Balcony is set up wonderfully to sit out at any time to enjoy the view. The host was very nice and responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend this cabin 100%. We will definitely be comming back again.

Fantastic view out the back! Loved watching the sunset, and rain come over the mountains in the morning. Get there in the daylight, as the steps down to the house are dark.

We do have solar lights along those steps, but unfortunately on cloudy or less sunny days they don’t always get enough charge to work as well as we’d like. I really appreciate you mentioning it, and I’m going to look into some other lighting options to make sure the steps are easier to see regardless of the weather. We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this cozy lil cabin. My favorite thing about this cabin was the view of the mountains. It’s truly breathtaking. The cabin was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and the host, Aynsley was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
