A cozy and beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Townhouse with a covered and private private pool ideally located in one of Orlando's premium resorts only a 20 minute ride to Disney.

This newly constructed, elegant home has been tastefully and thoughtfully furnished throughout and provides perfect accommodation for a large family get together or two families sharing. Storey Lake amenities include communal pool, lazy river, mini golf, children's splash area, water slides and basketball court. There is also a secondary clubhouse (The Bronson Club) with a free golf cart shuttle service. Storey Lake is ideally located a short distance to Disney Springs, Sea World and Disney World.

Fully equipped with everything you will need for an amazing vacation, our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

1914 sq ft of luxurious fully air conditioned living space.
Sleeps up to 8 (6 adults max), ideal for family get togethers or two families sharing
Covered and secluded Swimming pool.

There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about this property. It was not clean, had a terrible odor, and worst of all, it felt unsafe.On our first night, we went to use the pool with our small children and immediately smelled marijuana. The pool area was poorly lit, and there is a screen access door at the back of the house. While we were in the pool, a group of unknown men approached the door and tried to open it. When they saw us, they ran away.We felt extremely unsafe and reported the incident to the host right away. He advised me to contact security, but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so, as I was concerned it might escalate the situation and cause the group to return.Due to these safety concerns, we left after the first night of what was supposed to be a six-day stay. Despite this, the host refused to issue a refund for the unused nights. Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning experience with both the property and the host.

Thank you for your feedback. We take any safety concerns seriously and want to provide some additional context for future guests. The pool area is located at the rear of the home within a community setting where neighboring homes share adjacent access areas. It is not uncommon for individuals to pass through or even approach the wrong property unintentionally. When this was reported, we immediately advised contacting on-site security, as they are best equipped to respond to and investigate any situation in real time. Out of an abundance of caution, we arranged to return the following day to install additional lighting to further enhance comfort; however, this was declined as the guest chose to check out early. Regarding cleanliness and condition, no concerns were reported during the stay, and our team was not given the opportunity to inspect or address any issues. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival. While we understand you chose to shorten your stay, any refund requests related to unused nights are handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and policies.
