The space
We love hosting friends, families and small groups. We also have plenty of off-street parking for up to 4cars and a fast E.V charger. We have a fully fenced yard with yard games, seating and a new hot-tub. Our neighborhood beach is just a short 4 min stroll from the house it’s primarily only the neighborhood residents and visitors who uses it so it feels like a private beach. Our home has a gourmet kitchen well stuffed with all the essentials. We have a drip coffee maker a pour over and a French press. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open floor plan living room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating. We have a porta crib, highchair plus books and toys for the kids. For the adults we offer many board games, books and a outdoor bar lounge area. Russian River has many food and wine events coming up this year. Our home is centrally located just 1 walkable mile to Guerneville and a great landing spot for adventures to the ocean or redwood forest. Included in your stay is our beach package including 4 kayaks with wheeled carts, life jackets, beach chairs, ice chest, floats, and a beach wagon to carry down all your belongings and more! There is a picture posted in our listing of some of the items included. We also have 2 large private decks and 2 smaller chat areas equipped to enjoy the outdoors day or night with fireside chat, darts, outdoor bar a high-end Webber gas grill, outdoor sink and lounge seating. Downstairs another private area with hot tub. House has Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, dozens of board games, gas fireplace. Approved pet's welcome! Other things to note
If you search for RUSSIAN RIVER WINE ROAD online you will find a wine tasting map, one of my favorite roads to taste on is west side rd, Wilson winery has some great Zinfandels. You can also stop by Korbel champagne cellars pick up a free map while tasting some free champagne! Korbel offers deli items and fresh made gourmet sandwiches for eating on there back deck or Togo!
