Near the kitchen there's a laundry closet providing you with a full-sized washer and dryer to keep your clothing and beach towels clean.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has access to the north balcony as well as two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both this guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

As close as you can get!

Coffee in the morning, glass of wine at night..now add the ocean waves with that amazing balcony view, and this place is perfect! Very roomy and as close to the ocean as you can get. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you.. large clean pools, I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Please update everything in the kitchen.

View is breathtaking, but all the kitchen stuff needs to be updated. Please-please update your tea kettle, all pans and utensils also, oh and knifes. Basically update whole kitchen including Refrigerator, it frozed our food. Thank you

Great location and view

The property was ideally situated right on the beach. Key fobs were nice for controlled access. It felt secure. The rooms were appropriately furnished. The only drawbacks were a strong musty odor in the corridor outside the condo, the master shower had some mildew, and some fine sand would stick to your feet while walking on the uncarpeted floor so it was hard to keep sand out of the bed. These weren't major problems, but they did detract from our experience. We had no human interaction checking in. It was all automated. The process was unfamiliar but went smoothly.

Property was amazing! Love that it is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with its own traffic light to help get across traffic. Also the parking is the best I have seen. Love the assigned space and gated garage. The room was a dream. There are a few minor items that could use upgrading, but nothing major. I let the property manager know the items that I found and they seemed eager to resolve after my stay so as not to interrupt our vacay. The pool and amenities were terrific. The best part was the spaciousness, especially the balcony. I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

Myself and 5 friends came down to Destin for a girls getaway, and this place did not disappoint! Our condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed, and the views on our balcony morning and night were incredible! The only thing I will say is the communication with the property management company left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, there was wet carpet in one of the bedrooms, and you can tell it had been there a while as it had an awful smell. I called and scheduled two different appointments with maintenance, and had to call a 3rd time as they never showed and at that point the toilet in the master bath wasn’t flushing either. By the end of our 4 night stay, the wet carpet in the bedroom was awful smelling and almost unbearable. I’m sure there is mold. Other than then the issues with maintenance, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place! It won’t disappoint, as long as you don’t need maintenance!

Overall nice Only thing I could critique would be update the 2 toliets and replace the main entry door handle , it’s a little hard to unlock But that being said this is a Beautiful condo located in just high enough to have an exceptional view If I were ever to own a property on emerald coast , this would be my pick. It’s centered in Destin. Just .06 from Back Porch restaurant and just 2 Miles from bridge . The Grocery store blocks away. The elevators are fast!!!! This is very important!! We never had to wait . Parking garage is the cleanest I have ever seen and well maintained If your looking for a nice place to take your family. This is it. I have stayed in a lot of nice units but this one was by far my favorite I will definitely be back Staying here made our vacation Note : If your planning on renting a pontoon to go to crab island. You need to book it in advance. I was reluctant to go on this activity but it was more fun than I was expecting We had a blast Half day trip is plenty and I will do it again Tim Jackson Fort Payne, AL.

4.5 stars! Pros: Beautiful spacious condo. Property is well maintained and secure. Modern furnishings. Amazing, spacious balcony. Will definitely consider coming back. Cons: Shower stalls need attention. Mgmt company did not return calls or emails.

Wonderful condo for family of 5!

Our first trip to the Gulf Coast, all the way from Ohio. I was looking for a condo on the beach in Destin for a family of 5 (1 girl, 2 teen boys). I was extremely happy with my choice! We loved being in Destin. Ft. Walton seemed a bit run-down, and Sandestin seemed a bit too pricey. Positives: right on the beach, bedrooms enough for everyone to have down-time, (kids loved it), well appointed with all kitchen accessories, a bathroom for everyone, lovely view, TV's for everyone during down-time, Wal-Mart nearby, plenty of games/shopping/restaurants nearby, warm pool water, safe, personal parking space, high-end décor, full length mirror in master bedroom, lovely grilling/eating area, large balcony, large windows in every bedroom (with beach or bay view), see military planes go by from Eglin AFB, entrance to the property is located at a stop light (easy access), quiet. Negatives: Unfortunately, you can see some wear and tear from renting on the walls/carpet. How unfortunate for the owners! The trash dump nearby causes the hall outside to smell, fortunately the interior of the unit does not smell at all! Fun things we did: rent a pontoon and wade at Crab Island, SeaBlaster Sunset Cruise, putt-putt, go-karts, Yolo Board in the harbor at Sandestin, Shopping at Harbor Point, Zipline, Arcade, boogie boards at the beach, swimming at the pool, going up and down the elevator (my 10 yr old loved the power of her keyfob!), and eat (Crab Trap - excellent shrimp and view, Margaritaville - excellent view, Harry T's - excellent view, Jim and Nick's BBQ-ok, Hooters - ok, grilling at the condo, cooking in the kitchen. The staff around the property was kind. The beach chair set-up was very convenient. Apparently, you are allowed to bring your own chairs and set them up wherever you want, which meant people were sitting in front of us without paying extra for the beach space (as we did by renting chairs). Overall a wonderful place and yes, I would return.
