Serene Studio - specials available
This is a new construction private guest suite, adjacent to our house at Sunset Beach, on Oahu’s North Shore.
Kitchenette and bathroom are fully equipped.
New appliances, blinds, mattress, sheets, towels etc..
Top of the line split AC unit!
Five minutes walk to Sunset beach, Velzyland beach and Ted’s Bakery.
Parking is right by your front door.
No highway noise.
The space
The one bedroom apartment has a modern clean look, new king size bed and sofa in the separate living room.
Newly built, the unit is clean, bright and airy, equipped with double pane windows and a new split A/C unit for a very comfortable and quiet night’s sleep!
Kitchen has all new appliances, including a two burner cook top, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Bicycles and beach gear are also available during your stay!
Wake up to the sound of birds, walk to V-land or Sunset Beach for a refreshing morning swim and come back to a nice cup of coffee overlooking the lush backyard!
Small outdoor sitting area available and shared with other guests.
Guest access
You’ll have your own keyed in code private entrance to your brand new apartment.
Designated parking spot right by your front door.
Laundry machine available on the property. ( limited usage - BYO soap).

The "contact host" button can sometimes be hard to locate, but do NOT submit a reservation request until you contact us first as we are only allowed to rent for 30 days. Thank you.
The 340 sqft unit is located at a private road, in a family-oriented safe neighborhood and away from highway noise.
Drive slow and be mindful of neighbors.
Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel sets are included!
Note about the bikes: being on the beach new bikes get rusted fast, so our beach cruisers have no gear and no frills.
We don't have cable TV, but you can connect your own Netflix/Amazon account for your choice of movies and shows!
No pets allowed.
