Canceled and charged

We were desperate for lodging during Hurricane Milton, and we booked and paid for this place, then were told that it was not available. The charge is still on my credit card. VRBO has terrible customer service.

I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with a representative to get this sorted out for you and they ensured me that it was taken care of. I will again reach out on your behalf. I wish you had let me know the situation before giving a review of my property that you unfortunately were not able to enjoy.
