We loved everything about our stay! Except the elevator was out of service. Great view, great beach access, perfect location to Huc-A-Poos & Tybean coffee shop. I love Tybee Island & can't wait till next time!
Great location on the water! Beach wasn't crowded and had beautiful views of the bay.The property was very nice and clean. Great balcony view to watch the ships go by.

Top of the cabinets were filthy. Electrical outlet and switch covers were busted. The microwave was rusted, causing a potential breakdown of the Ferriday shield, thus causing a possible leakage and radiation. The air conditioning quit working. They did send out a tech and when he pulled the cover off the breaker panel, you could see where a wires had apparently overheated and blackened. They promised a countertop microwave, but never delivered.

Thanks Sherry for letting us know! The top of cabinets do get a bit dusty from time to time. We had the microwave inspected and it was just a little surface rust due to the salty air, ahh the price we pay to be oceanfront! We have the best AC guy, he is great about getting to our properties right away when an issues spring up.
Thanks for visiting our beautiful island.

The beach view was amazing, and I did love the location. The room was not clean or maintained very well.
We had a wonderful time during out stay! The dolphin watching was amazing as well as the sunsets. The property is set perfectly for viewing both.

Jacuzzi tub had black mold floating out of the pipes—that didn’t work. Breakers tripped and we lost power in br 2 and hall bath. Found water in breaker box but it did turn back on. The rest of the place was clean though dated. Elevator was not working so I had to tote stuff up two flights of stairs with broken toes…but I made it slowly.
Everything was great. Only wished you got more than one key/gate card as it makes it difficult for the guests to do separate activities with only one key/gate card.
We’ve visited Tybee island many times in the last 15 years and stayed at various houses, condos, apts, and hotels and this was by far the best. The view was spectacular. Dolphins were seen every time we were on the balcony which was multiple and various times a day. Access to beach was easy…a very short walk across boardwalk over the dunes and you are at a less busy nice relaxing beach with calmer waters than other parts of Tybee island. Great for familes and relaxing. We did take advantage of renting the golf cart through the VRBO rental and that was super easy and we enjoyed it emensely. It allows you to get around and see the rest of Tybee very easily and parking is free for the golf cart every where on the island.
The location was superb! Plenty of room...could use a little updating ,especially with LR furnishings ,and the cleaners could do a little more cleaning. But,enjoyed it so very much.Would still go again.
The views are amazing! Dolphins all day, every day. The north beach area was peaceful and not overly crowded. The property management company was responsive to our one request (no measuring spoons).
The unit itself is okay - prior reviews are accurate but it didn’t
Check in was easy. Condo was clean. It is a little outdated and could use an update in decor and master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom needs something on bed to support mattress because it falls through the bed slats. Dresser drawers are hard to work. Master bathroom tub and shower needs updated. The views from balcony were great. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We would stay again.
This is a perfect location if you are looking for calm waters and daily dolphin watching opportunities. The unit is in close proximity to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach (especially when the elevator is working; it was down for most of our stay). There are no waves on this beach, the sand is soft and the walk into the water is easy. Great ocean view from the balcony and personal parking below. The unit itself was represented well in the photos. The air conditioning kept up well with extreme heat and the ice maker kept up with cooler refills. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The king bed in the master does not have a box spring, making it uncomfortable. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors. There is no television in the second bedroom, bring jugs of water because the water is not good (even to make coffee) and the grills on the property are set up quite a distance from the unit. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Overall the experience was good. There were a few issues with the property..ie: The elevator was out of service, which was an issue as I have some mobility issues. I messaged them to let them know and they did send someone out to work on it but did not get it repaired before we left. Indicated that it was supposed to have been repaired the week before we arrived. The condo was nice and full equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture.
There was an issue with the toilet running in the master bath, which was easily remedied by turning off the water at night. I alerted them to that issue also. It really did not affect our stay. Would definitely stay again. We did like the condo a lot.
The property overall was nice. Covered parking, nice view and easy access to the beach, had the weather been nice the pool was also easy to access.
One issue that could be more fully explained is the parking rules in town. You must pay to park almost everywhere that we were totally unaware of so ended up getting a ticket. It is not clearly marked that you must pay to park. The road we got the ticket on had one kiosk for the entire road, that was way down from where we parked in front of the store we went in. Might possibly be good to include that information in the "welcome check in" information. Might prevent this from happening to others. We had never been to Tybee and had no idea. Just a suggestion to make that information more clear.
We will definitely consider this condo when we come back.

Not impressed!
I have never rented a vacation condo without reviews and I never will again. The condo was not as pictured. The couches looked like Grandmas house with fringed blue blankets thrown over them. The throw pillows were old - looked like garage sale items. The scratched up dresser in the Master had drawers that were difficult to open and close. Lamps looked either dirty and or rusty. There was no cable, therefore the TV in the LR did not work. Kept getting a message to call Comcast.
The “Check In” instructions were wrong. Someone had to let me in the front gate! I had to call the property manager about the fact that there was not a white card that operates the gate as per the instructions. He apologized and said the key ring was able to open the gate. It was black. I also could not get the back door open and together we figured that out. He said it was a weird lock. The next day I tried to get the TV in the LR to work and texted the owner. I wrote about the challenges I had been having and encouraged him to have proper instructions. His only response was utter sarcasm. My stay here was under 48 hours. It was quite expensive for the aggravation and condition of the furniture, not to mention the attitude of the owner.
