St. Pete Bungalow - Centrally located

This beautiful bungalow is centrally located. It's 4.5 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and 4.5 miles from the beaches. The bus stop and Central Ave Trolley are nearby, which makes transportation easy. An abundance of light shines through the home with high quality shades for that perfect night sleep. Three bedrooms and one bath, comfortably sleep 6.
The space
Internet and Wifi are provided, as well as access to a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, and more). Everything you need to cook a meal is on site. Including a Keurig Machine, plenty of pots and dishes. If we are missing anything let us know.

Towels, beach towels, and extra sheets are available on site. The space includes a front porch and a patio out back.

The main room includes a king bed. The guest bedroom includes a queen mattress and the third room has a bunk bed set.

You have access to the backyard. Enjoy the space.

* The property is located on a main street. It is a central location between Downtown St. Pete & and the beaches.

The property is located in a friendly residential area with neighbors on both sides.

There is a possibility that the rear detached unit on the property could be booked with long term guest. They will have their own private entrance. They will also have access to the garage space.

* Ice maker on refrigerator is not working. We apologize for the slight inconvenience.

* Need more space? Ask about the guest house in the rear. It comfortably sleeps 4.
